Due to the educational nature of our products and the valuable information contained in them, all sales are final, except in the case of download problems. Also, PLEASE note that all editing videos teach our editing process using Adobe Bridge, Camera Raw, and Photoshop... not Lightroom. Also, action sets work for all versions of Adobe Photoshop CS3 and above, and have not been tested in Photoshop Elements. Customers should be aware of the program they have and purchase accordingly.
